Justice. Peace. Equality.
Where has it all gone?
Wait a sec, was it ever there?
All you ever told me was that everything’d be made right.
But I still see the wars, the fights, the pain.
Those lower than me are lying around…waiting to get up.
Trying. But they’ve been drugged.
Those higher than me are flying high…
dreaming of the moon.
They’ve left the earth,
exploited it’s every core.
The rest are barely surviving.
They’re asleep, dreaming.
Dreaming of justice, peace, equality…
Of the world as a fairytale…
Of love and harmony.
But they wake up to the hurt, the blood, the filth…
only to realise that the cure is so near…it lies within.
The cure to justice, peace n equality is all within.
They have the power to change…once they wake up.
